Kāinga Ora - Homes & Communities

In late 2017 we partnered with Christchurch-based firm Home, building new homes for Housing NZ in Hawkes Bay, Rotorua and Gisborne consisting of a range of 1-5 bedroom homes of differing designs and layouts.

To date we have completed over 80 homes. Together with Home we are enthusiastic and proud of being part of the Governments' journey that is building warm, dry homes for the New Zealand community.
