Bayswater European - Napier

This project involved firstly the relocation of 2 buildings; the first move being a 2-storey residential property to allow for Cape Physio to be in its place. Where Cape Phsyio was a newly built car showroom was erected and completed October 2011.

The second stage was completed in 2018 being the European showroom including Volvo, Jaguar and Land Rover.
