Summerset New Plymouth Retirement Village

Summerset requested Atkin Construction’s knowledge and assistance to construct the new main facility at their new village in New Plymouth. We were contracted to complete the full structure and carpentry trades on this build with Summerset taking care of the fit-off and sub-contractors etc.

This building consisted of 36 care rooms, full office, reception, commercial kitchen, cafeteria and living spaces, approximately 3200m² in total
